1、交流额定电压Uo/U: 0.6/1kV
2、电缆长期工作温度:
硅橡胶绝缘180℃
氟塑料绝缘200℃和260℃两种
聚氯乙烯绝缘70℃
交联聚乙烯90℃
3、电缆允许弯曲半径:最小为电缆外径的15倍
1、AC rated voltage : Uo/U 0.6/1 kV
2、Long-term operating temperature :
180℃ for Silicone rubber insulation
200℃ or 260℃ for Fluoroplastic insulation
70℃ for PVC insulation
90℃ for XLPE
3、Min. permissible bend radius: lt should be 15 times outer diameterof cable.
主要技术指标
MAIN TECHNICAL DATA
1、成品电缆导体直流电阻(符合GB/T3956规定)
2、成品电缆的绝缘电阻(20℃)氟塑料及硅橡胶绝缘应不小于100nm·km。聚氯乙烯绝缘应不小于50nm·km.
3、成品电缆经受交流50Hz3.5kV/5min电压试验不击穿。
4、屏蔽层特性
电缆在10OMHz时传输阻抗等于或小于100Q/m。电缆的理想屏蔽抑制系数等于或小于0.01。
抗外磁场干扰能力:在磁场强度为400A/m50Hz的外磁场中,线芯间感应电压不大于0.1V。
抗静电感应能力:在静电放电试验电压为10kV时,电缆线芯间感应电压不大于0.1V。
5、阻燃电缆阻燃性能符合GB/T18380.3的相关规定。
1.The D/C resistance of completed cable conductor is in accordan-ce with GB/T3956.
2.The insulation resistance of Fluoroplastics and silicone rubberof completed cable should not be less than 1000nm·km and PVCinsulation resistanceshould not less than 50nm·kmat 20℃
3.Completed cable withstand 50 Hz3.5kV/5min voltage test with-outbreakdown.
4.Characteristics of shield
The transmission impedance should not exceed 100Q/m at 100MHz.ldeal inhibition sheath coefficient should not exceed 0.01.
Outer magnetic field's disturbance resistant ability: Inductive vol-tage between cores should not exceed 0.1 Vin outer magnetic fieldhaving strength of 400A/m50Hz.
Electrostatic inductance resistant ability: Inductive voltage betw-eencoresshould not exceed 0.1Vat 10kV of electrostatic discharge.
5.lame retardant cables have flame retardant performance confor-ming to relevant stipulation of GB/T18380.3.
